SBA have been involved in a series of boutique hotel refurbishments, securing Planning and Listed Building Consent for the sensitive schemes, and following through the Design Development stages.

Our services have also included securing Bar Licensing Permits for the redeveloped bar areas.

The projects have involved working with historic buildings and combining the existing traditional features with modern design and the requirements of modern living.

Design followed branding guidelines of the client, with the aim of creating an individual style for each property appropriate to the individual character.
