St Mary’s Handbridge Centre

Location: Chester

Completed: 2018

Officially by the Bishop of Chester in 2018 after 36 weeks of construction, the hall has been highly regarded by its users and the local community. The 502 sq/m development saw a new church hall/community centre to replace the previous hall which needed replacing to meet the requirements of the church.

Trepassy, Phase I

Location: Heswall, Wirral

Once a 19th-Century private house, the Trepassy Residential Care Home overlooks the stunning Dee Estuary and Welsh Hills and now provides care for residents aged from 65-103.  This project included the creation of additional accommodation, specialist dementia care wings and garden terraces for the residents. With complex logistical phasing planning, the home was able to remain open and operational with minimal disruption to residents, staff and visitors.

Carden Arms

The Carden Arms sits at the heart of Tilston village and has served the community for over two centuries now. Upon new ownership, it was decided the pub could benefit from a refresh to uphold its place within the village. The project set out to develop the properties appearance whilst improving access points and increasing accommodation capacity.
