| Details: | £2million refurbishment of 30,000sq ft out of town office space. Sadler Brown delivered the core building refurbishment, incorporating exposed services and architectural lighting design to give the building a more modern and collaborative feel, different from other out of town developments. The immaculate interior design and fit-out was then delivered by 'Ben Johnson Interiors', introducing open plan working with an abundance of breakout areas and meeting rooms, contributing to a contemporary way of working. The space is currently being let by the Mayborn Group, which are the owners of Tommee Tippee. |
