Irvin Building is the winner of the Small Development of the Year (11-49 units) among the 150 submissions from some of the country's leading developers.

This challenging project due to the existing derelict building designed from Reid Jubb Brown Architecture and realised from Gentoo Group developers. The scheme aimed to the convertion of the warehouse into a mixed development of office, restaurant & 24 apartments.
